What we do

Redian Keep is the till, stock and buying system for pharmacies. It runs on the pharmacy's own PC and keeps working without the internet; the cloud keeps an encrypted copy and lets owners follow their shops from their phones. Shops pay for Keep by subscription through Paystack.

How we talk to customers

We send sign-in codes, receipts for subscription payments and important notices about a shop's account by email, by text message and, once approved, on WhatsApp. We never ask for a password or a sign-in code by phone or chat.
