Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The main PC stays in the shop: it keeps everything, and the tills connect to it over the shop network.

For the shop's Windows PC. Install it on the main PC first, then on each till.

Printer and scanner
An 80mm receipt printer and a USB barcode scanner, if you have them. The scanner types straight into the till's search. Both are optional.

Internet, sometimes
Selling never needs it. Keep uses the internet when it is there to back up, update and show your sales on your phone.
03/Install
Minutes, not days
Step 1
Open the download
Windows may say Windows protected your PC. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Keep is safe; we are finishing Microsoft's publisher check.
Step 2
Approve it on your phone
Choose This is the shop's main PC. Keep shows a code: scan it with your phone and press Connect. No password is typed on the shop PC.
Step 3
Your shop comes down
Keep brings your shop down from your account and asks for a PIN. A short checklist follows: products, staff, a test receipt and your first sale.
Step 4
Add your tills
On each till PC, install Keep and choose This is a till. It finds the main PC by itself, and you approve it there with one tap.
