Ultrasound, X-ray and CT reports start from templates you write once. The radiologist signs with their own signature, and the report prints on your letterhead.

Patients get a secure link on WhatsApp, from your clinic's own number. No result is ever written in a message, and every report stays in their portal.

Every referral is recorded at the desk. Statements are worked out for you, settlements are recorded with a reference, and nothing is ever quietly changed.

Payments, wallets, discounts and refunds are recorded the moment they happen, in whole kobo. A mistake is reversed, never edited, so the till and the bank agree.
02/The workstation
Offline first
Redian Labs runs on one PC in your clinic, the workstation. Every desk in the building works from it over the clinic network, and it keeps a copy in the cloud whenever the internet is there.

Registration, payments, results and printing never wait for the internet. When it comes back, everything catches up by itself.

Open Redian on any PC or tablet in the clinic and it finds the workstation. Staff sign in with their own account, and each desk can be kept to its department.

The workstation backs up every day and sends an encrypted copy to the cloud. A new PC can be set up from it, and your records can always be exported.
