Setup, once
We install the workstation, load your tests, prices and report templates, and train your staff. You pay it once, when you start.

A share of each test
Top up your Redian credit by card, transfer or USSD. When a test is registered, its share is taken from that credit, and you see every charge in Settings.

Warned early
When your credit runs low we tell you, with time to spare. Results, reports and printing always keep working, even while you top up.

What does the setup fee cover?
Installing the workstation on your clinic PC, connecting your desks, loading your test list, prices, reference ranges and report templates, setting up your letterhead, and training your staff until they are comfortable.
When is the share of a test taken?
When the test is registered at reception, from your Redian credit. Every charge is listed in Settings with the visit it came from.
Is there a charge per desk, department or member of staff?
No. Add every desk and every member of staff you need. You pay for the work your clinic does, not for seats.
Is there a free trial?
Some plans start with free days, shown on the plan's card. Ask us and we can arrange a trial that fits your clinic.
Do prices include VAT?
Each plan says whether VAT is included or added. What you see on the card is what you pay.
What happens if my credit runs out?
We warn you before it does, and you have a few days of grace to top up. After that, new registrations pause until you do. Results, reports, printing and your records are never locked.
