1. The service

Redian Keep is software for running a pharmacy: till, stock, receiving, suppliers, customers, reports, backups and an owner app. It runs on your PCs and syncs with our cloud when the internet is available.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details, PINs and sign-in codes private, and give each staff member their own PIN. You are responsible for what is done under your account and by the staff you add. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

3. Trials, plans and payment

Plans, prices and any trial are shown on the signup page when you choose them. Prices include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically through Paystack until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep using Keep until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails, Keep keeps selling for a grace period while we remind you; after it, some features may be limited until payment is made. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or we agree in writing.

4. Your data

The records you keep in Keep belong to your business. You can export them at any time. We process them only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains. You are responsible for having the right to record your customers' and staff's personal data and for meeting your own legal duties as a pharmacy, including those of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria and NAFDAC.

5. Fair use

Do not use Keep for anything unlawful, try to break its security, copy or resell it, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend an account that does, after warning you where we can.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the cloud available and to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided as it is, and selling never depends on the cloud being reachable. Support is by phone and WhatsApp on 0704 190 0942. Keep your PCs, network and backups (for example the USB backup drive) in good order.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data that a backup would have protected, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and ending

We may update Keep and these terms; we will tell you by email before an important change takes effect. You may stop using Keep at any time. We may end the service for your account with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. After an account ends you can export your records for 90 days.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking; if that fails, the courts of Kano State have jurisdiction.
