We will never ask for your password

Redian will never ask for your password or a sign-in code by phone, WhatsApp or email. If someone does, it is not us: do not share it, and tell us on 0704 190 0942.

Never send us patient results

We do not need a patient's results to help you. Send the slip number and what you saw.

When you message us

Tell us your clinic's name.
Tell us what you were doing and what you saw. A photo of the screen helps.
If the screen shows a code (for example RL-AUTH-004), include it.
